Cheese Class

I went to a cheese making class today. Shell and I learned how to make a Queso Blanco and a Feta cheese. We put garlic in the Queso Blanco. It was a lot of fun. I can't believe how easy it is to make. The next class we learn to make Mozzarella that should be fun.
